  Can get crowded, and there isn't really table service, but you get your food quickly. The portions are generous, there's nothing artificial in the food, and it's always delicious. Good place for families ,close to Tanger Outlet Malls.

  This is one of Panera's busier local restaurants on eastern Long Island, probably being its proximity to the Tanger Mall Outlet stores across the street. It is neither the cleanest or the fastest that I have ever been to but the food is always predictably good and if you text the order in you can avoid the wait in line. Because it is so busy, the management needs to police the table area a little bit more often and clean off the tables and push in the chairs to at least make it look a little bit neater and more inviting. This last visit I was a little bit disappointed with the call in order because the employee who bagged it put the broth bowl on the bottom of the bag and then crushed it with a few heavier items so we ended up with a real mess on our hands.....a bunch of soggy sandwiches and only half a bowl of soup. As the holiday season wanes, I'm sure that these problems will go away so we will continue to frequent the place.
