  I went there three times to try it out. First time I was undercharged, so the second time I was surprised. They also forgot something on my sandwhich. Then asked if I wanted home fries which I didn't and they included them anyway. The third time I got charged something difference than the first two times and they messed up my order. Not risking going back lol check out Nateas deli up the road. Much more professional and better tasting all around

  I have breakfast 3 days a week here and have never been let down. Best bagels in town!!! The breakfast is priced well and the staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this bagel store.

  Worst place to go for food. I went there to order 2 breakfast sandwiches, I gave the girl my order and waited over 30 minutes and still didn't have me sandwiches even though people that ordered after me received theirs already. I inquired as to what happened with my sandwiches and apparently the girl never put them in the computer. She apologized and said she would put them right in. This time it only took 2 minutes however upon receiving my sandwiches they were incorrect. I then informed them of this and they said what I have in front of me is what they had put into the computer but would fix it anyway. Obviously, if the girl that took my order initially couldn't handle it correctly why would she be able to handle doing it correct the second time? The girl that took my order only cared about catering to one customer instead of ensuring that everyone was handled correctly. I would not recommend going to this establishment. I know these places can be very busy but it's not too much to ask to get an order to the customer correctly. As for the food, it was bland and the potatoes were cold and soggy. Whatever you do avoid this place at all costs!

  Well, it would be fantastic if they could possibly get a delivery order right.
  
  The food is good. But, every order we get there is something wrong. This isn't a once in a while thing. This is EVERY SINGLE delivery order.
  
  They are rude on the phone where you're interrupting them and their day. Impatient. And I can only imagine this is the caused for the poor quality of service in their ability to take an extremely uncomplicated order.
  
  When you order 3 OFF THE MENU items and 1 bagel with only ONE topping on it and they fail to put the topping on it. We've got a problem.
  
  Their staff needs to have some type of re-training especially in customer service and listening comprehension skills.

  The best bagels you can find. Egg sandwiches come with delicious home fries, and lunch is just as good!
